Owner Vacation Test
Privacy
The Owner Vacation Test is a free diagnostic. You can take the entire test without giving us your email. We do not use trackers, ad pixels, or third-party analytics that share your activity with other companies.
What we collect
We only store information you give us directly, when you submit your email at the end of the test. That includes:
- Your email address
- What kind of business you run
- How many people work in the business
- Your role
- Your first name, if you choose to share it
- Your answers to the 12 test questions and the result they produce
We also keep basic technical data (the URL that referred you and a one-way hash of your IP address) so we can spot accidental duplicate submissions. We do not store your IP address itself.
What we do with it
We use your email and answers to send you your full Owner Vacation Test report, plus a short follow-up sequence of emails that walks through what your result means and how fullyOS could help. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribes immediately.
We do not sell your email address. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketing tools beyond the email service we use to send you the report.
How long we keep it
We keep your record until you unsubscribe. After you unsubscribe, we keep a minimal record of the fact that you unsubscribed (so we do not email you again), and we anonymize the rest within 30 days. If you want your data deleted sooner, email us and we will do it.
